These Terms & Conditions govern the technical relationship between Infini Core Technologies and authorized institutional liaisons utilizing our unified structural mesh.
By synchronizing with the Infini Core Technologies infrastructure, you certify that you are an authorized mission liaison for a valid institutional partner. Unauthorized signal hijacking will result in immediate node revocation.
Liaisons agree to utilize Infini Core Technologies technical nodes solely for structured enterprise activity. The transmission of malicious technical signal payloads via the Infini Core Technologies mesh is strictly prohibited.
Node provisioning within the Infini Core Technologies fabric is subject to the fees outlined in the Institutional Sync Queue. All fees must be settled via authorized Infini Core Technologies banking channels to maintain operational node status.
Infini Core Technologies provides high-integrity infrastructure on an institutional grade "as-provisioned" basis. While we maintain standard-setting technical uptime, we are not liable for signal drift caused by external jurisdictional interference.
Infini Core Technologies reserves the right to suspend technical synchronization if an institutional entity violates the structural invariants set by our engineering board.
These terms are governed by the technical laws of India. Any structural disputes will be adjudicated within the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Technical triage is provided as per the Service Level Agreement tier selected during the Infini Core Technologies provisioning flow. Triage is managed exclusively through the Secure Operational Terminal.
